  • Snapchat needed to make its advertising platform feel accessible, approachable, and compelling to small business owners, a non-technical audience unfamiliar with the platform's full potential. The creative challenge was to simplify a complex product offering and drive awareness, education, and adoption across multiple campaign formats and digital touchpoints.
