  • Challenge

    Creating a packaging system at Apple means every detail has to earn its place. The challenge is building something cohesive enough to carry the brand promise, specific enough to communicate product features clearly, and considered enough to turn the moment of unboxing into something genuinely memorable.

    Scope

    Led end-to-end creative across two product categories, driving cross-functional partnerships with Industrial Design, Identity Design and Product Marketing. Drove alignment and approvals with leadership, translating complex technical requirements into clear visual narratives and creative presentations. The work spans every layer of the package, from the in-box materials like the Quick Start Guide and product illustrations to making sure the back of the box is just as beautiful as the front. No detail goes unnoticed.

  • Challenge
    Apple wanted to push beyond conventional packaging and explore how AR could transform the unboxing and gifting experience into something interactive, memorable, and more sustainable. The creative challenge was to pioneer this initiative from concept to cross-functional alignment, bringing together R&D, Retail, and Strategy teams around a shared vision that was both innovative and executable.

    Outcome
    Led the end-to-end creative concepting for Apple's Connected Packaging initiative, driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver:

    • Shaped the creative strategy from the ground up, defining the core packaging challenges to solve and designing a test pilot framework to drive focused experimentation.

    • An AR-enhanced unboxing experience that elevated the gifting flow, focusing on personalization, interaction and social sharing.

    • Advanced Apple's sustainability goals through the exploration of digitizing the Quick Start Guide.
